Sleep a Little Wilder!!

Tucked out on the open prairie at Wildflower Ranch, our teepee offers a front-row seat to ranch life, including some pretty incredible views of our bison right from your doorway.

This one is intentionally simple. Settle into a chair outside, cook dinner over the fire, watch the prairie change as the sun goes down and fall asleep somewhere completely different from home.

Inside, you’ll find a queen-size air mattress ready for your stay. Guests bring their own bedding, pillows or sleeping bags. Want to bring the kids or a couple of extra adventurers? Additional air mattresses are welcome, with room to create your own sleeping setup.

A Little More Rustic, On Purpose

There is no running water, refrigerator or private bathroom at the teepee, so pack a cooler with your favourite food and drinks.

And because this is a real Teepee on the open Alberta prairie, weather is part of the experience. Wind and rain can make their way inside during a storm, so pack with the forecast in mind and keep belongings protected from the elements.

Outside, you’ll have your own private fire pit for cooking, campfires and evenings under the Alberta sky. Firewood is available for purchase at the ranch.

An outhouse is within walking distance of the teepee. Full washrooms and hot showers are located elsewhere on the ranch and are best reached by vehicle.

Wi-Fi is available in designated areas of the ranch, but not at the teepee. Consider that permission to ignore your phone for a while.
